Primespan Assessment: How Healthy Are You Really?

What Is the Primespan Assessment?

The Primespan Assessment evaluates your health across five evidence-based dimensions in 3 minutes. Each dimension represents a pillar of healthspan - the years you live in full health.

Heart: Cardiovascular fitness, aerobic capacity, Zone 2 training habits.

Frame: Muscular strength, mobility, balance, resistance training frequency.

Metabolism: Nutrition quality, protein adequacy, metabolic markers, alcohol intake.

Recovery: Sleep duration, sleep quality, sleep consistency, active recovery practices.

Mind: Stress levels, mindfulness practice, focus ability, sense of purpose.

How Your Score Is Calculated

Each of the 20 questions maps to one of the five dimensions. Responses are scored on a 1–5 scale based on their alignment with current health research. Your dimension score is the percentage of maximum possible points. Your composite Primespan Score is the average across all five dimensions.

A score of 80+ indicates strong alignment with evidence-based health practices. Below 50 suggests significant room for improvement. The assessment is designed to identify your weakest dimension so you can prioritize the highest-impact changes.

What to Do with Your Results

Your result page links to specific tools and articles for each dimension. Start with your lowest-scoring dimension - that is where improvement will have the greatest impact on your overall healthspan.
